Recognise, acknowledge, and explore your stress. An experienced coach will teach you techniques to stay one step ahead of stress and cope with it effectively. Helpful tips and tricks and exercises tailored to your needs will help you stay on top of stress in any situation!
Throughout the training course, only cases from your own work environment will be practised. This increases the visibility and the immediate usability.
