Training course - Individual coaching
Thanks to our individual coaching, we help your employee to perform better and develop, both professionally and personally. Do they lack self-confidence? Is contact with colleagues difficult? During individual work sessions, a coach helps your employees to overcome any obstacle they might face.
MXPro: a combination of both
At the start of each coaching session, the coach gauges the trainee’s experiences: what is going well, what is going less well?
Before and between the various coaching sessions, the coach works with questionnaires that have to be completed by the trainee and a few of their direct colleagues. The coach will process the results by the next coaching session.
Between the various coaching sessions, the trainee may provide additional, actual feedback cases and forward them to the coach.
At the end of each coaching session, the coach examines what the trainee found useful and the trainee commits to putting the distilled action points into practice by the next session.
At the end of the coaching programme, the trainee draws up a final action plan: what were the original learning points, what are the results already achieved, and what are the working points for the future? The coach complements this with observations in order to come to a complete picture.
