Training course - Conflict mediation
Conflicts are unpleasant. But if you know how to deal with them, they also offer opportunities for change and better relationships. During this training course, you will learn to recognise different types of conflicts and to give them a positive and constructive twist.
Maximum usability
Throughout the training course, trainees practise with role-playing and cases from their own work environment. This increases the visibility and the immediate usability.

The following topics will definitely be discussed:
- How and why do conflicts arise?
- Different types of conflicts and the four basic attitudes
- Avoiding, anticipating, and resolving conflicts
- The role of emotions in conflicts
Optional: half a refresher day with the trainees in which experiences are exchanged, successes are shared, and concrete work cases are simulated, among other things.
