Training course - Communication & Leadership
During this training course, managers learn to fulfil their formal or informal leadership role better and more efficiently. It is not always easy to get employees into the right position or to ‘push’ them in the right direction. Good communication and making the best possible use of human potential is very important. The course offers practical insights that you can implement immediately and which have a direct effect.

- Day 1 - Communication & Situational Leadership
We look at situational leadership from a practical point of view and discover how important good communication is. What is distortion of communication and when does this phenomenon occur? Why is giving (encouraging and corrective) feedback important and how do I do it? How do I communicate instructions/assignments clearly and completely? What are the possible pitfalls when observing and communicating?
- Day 2 - Communication Style
We study the trainees’ communication styles and look for differences and similarities. How can we better understand each other? How are we going to communicate more efficiently?
- Day 3 - Practise + Team Inspired
Trainees will learn to work with different styles and discover the advantages and disadvantages of various methods in a specific exercise. The consequences of too little and too much supervision will also be discussed. What are the advantages of teamwork? How do we create a healthy feedback culture?
