A language training course with trainees who haven’t achieved around the same level? It’s a waste of time. The front-runners don’t learn anything in the class, while others aren’t able or have trouble keeping up with the rest. This can easily be prevented by using a language test. Everyone is split up according to their level based on these results, so that major gaps are avoided.

What is tested?

The purpose of a language test is to sketch a clear idea of the language skill level that is as complete as possible. This won’t work with a superficial approach. Language test based on a needs analysis

Each trainee’s language needs are different. For example, a sales manager wants to be able to woo his client in French during a sales meeting, while a CEO may want to be able to give her important presentation in German. Screening interview and personalised programme

A screening interview follows the LinguaTest and the needs analysis. During this interview, the coach determines the specific goals of the training, and he or she learns about the working situations in which the language to be learned will be used. We will then outline a personalised training programme that is completely aligned with the trainee’s language needs and expectations. This is how we prepare every employee for his or her job. Online, face-to-face or a combination of both.

Evaluation and follow-up
