Training course - Giving feedback
Feedback is indispensable to work together efficiently. During this training, you will learn why feedback is needed and how to give it as effectively as possible.
Thanks to a number of eye-openers, you will gain insight into the importance of feedback and into the techniques used to provide feedback. After some theoretical guidance, we will work with role-playing scenarios based on your own experiences.

- Module 1: the conversations between manager and employee
- Module 2: Making agreements and setting objectives
- Module 3: The skill of giving and receiving feedback
