You will gain good insight into the key elements of financial management. It’s very accessible and focuses on your own situation and/or that of your company. Afterwards, you will better understand financial parameters such as a balance sheet, cash flow, and a profit and loss account.

  • Budgeting and forecasting: how and why?
  • Cash flow or profit?
  • Overview of assets: the balance sheet
  • Overview of activities: the profit and loss account
  • Overview of incoming and outgoing funds: cash flow statement
